This Annual Jazz Series is held in the beautiful tented garden (so no worries if we should have a summer shower, G-d forbid! ) at the STEPHEN DECATUR HOUSE at 16th and H Streets. (Actual venue entrance is @ 748 Jackson Place). Guests are also offered a tour of the home which is on the historic register. Wine and beer and light hors d'ouvres are available. The Trio returns for this, the 5th season, to perform more music from "The Great American Songbook". (CDs will be available for sale at the show).

ABOUT THE SERIES: Jazz on Jackson Place Returns for Fifth Anniversary Season... In the spirit of its tradition of great entertaining, Decatur House invites you to relax under the stars and enjoy the wide variety of sounds from jazz musicians of both local and international fame. The popular series, presented in our beautiful courtyard, includes light hors d’oeuvres, drinks, and a tour of historic Decatur House, a fixture on Lafayette Square for nearly two centuries.

WHEN: The 1st Thursday of the month, May – September 6:30 - 8:30 pm

WHERE: 748 Jackson Place, NW on Lafayette Square / The Decatur House Courtyard, a beautiful outdoor oasis just steps from the White House.
